Blackberry and Blueberry Layered Cheesecake

This layered cheesecake is a stunning and delicious dessert that combines the rich, creamy texture of cheesecake with the vibrant flavors of blackberries and blueberries.
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Cheesecake Filling:
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup blackberry puree
- 1 cup blueberry puree
Instructions:

- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.

- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Divide the batter into three equal parts.
- Stir blackberry puree into one part and blueberry puree into another part.

- Pour half of the plain batter into the prepared crust.
- Top with the blackberry batter, then the blueberry batter.
- Repeat the layers, swirling with a knife for a marbled effect.

- Let cool in the oven for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
