Preparation

Banana chips, step 1

To prepare the banana chips, first, peel the bananas (1) and cut them thinly (2), obtaining slices maximum of 3 mm thick (3).

Place the bananas on a baking tray lined with parchment paper (4), one next to the other making sure that they do not overlap. Squeeze the lemon and make the juice. Brush the banana slices with lemon juice (5). Preheat the oven to 120° in ventilated mode and cook for 45 minutes. Take out the tray and turn the banana chips one by one, taking care not to break them. Continue cooking for another 25 minutes or until crispy and golden. Turn off the oven and let them cool in the oven off, with the door open. Banana chips are ready to be enjoyed (6).

Banana chips are stored for 2 days in a food bag. We do not recommend freezing.
