Banana and peanut butter muffins Recipe

An easy-to-follow recipe on how to make peanut butter and banana muffins.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 bananas
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1½ cup self raising flour
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 1 cup milk
Method
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
- Cut bananas into pieces and mash with a fork.
- In a mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar and vanilla essence. Whisk for about a minute.
- Add mashed bananas into the egg mixture and whisk for another minute.
- Add in the peanut butter and whisk for a further minute.
- Add in chocolate and stir.
- Alternatively, add in flour and milk until a batter is formed.
- Grease muffin cups and pour in the batter.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Makes 12 muffins.
