To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Goldbears sweets, Margaux Chignac, winner of the En route vers le meilleur pâtissier (6play) competition, has developed gourmet and original Haribo recipes to consume (almost) without moderation.
Haribo Gold bears ice cream tastes like lemon
To enjoy the return of the sun, nothing better than a delicious lemon ice cream with Haribo sweets. This easy-to-prepare recipe does not require an ice cream maker.
The ingredients of the recipe for 4 people:
- 500 ml of water
- 200 g Goldbears lemon taste
- 100 g of sugar
- 3 lemons (300 g)
The steps of the recipe:
- Mix water and sugar to prepare the syrup: the sugar must be completely dissolved in the water.
- Add to the mixture the Lemon Goldbears, the juice of the three lemons, and the zest of a lemon (cut into slices of about 5 mm).
- Pour the mixture into a dish and let it take in the freezer overnight.
- Serve the ice the next day using an ice spoon.
The Mocktail with Haribo Gold bears tastes lemon
For fans of cocktails (and sweets) who do not necessarily drink alcohol, Margaux Chignac has developed a refreshing and sweet recipe for mocktails with mint, lemon and Haribo Gold bears.
The ingredients of the recipe for 1 glass:
- 50 g cane sugar
- a handful of fresh mint
- 1 lime
- 16 cl of sparkling water
For Haribo Golbear ice cubes (to be prepared the day before):
- 20 g Goldbears lemon taste
The preparation steps:
- The day before, for the preparation of ice cubes: place a lemon-flavored Goldbears in each compartment of your ice cube tray then add water and let it freeze in the freezer overnight.
- For the preparation of mocktails, pour and pound the cane sugar into a decanter with mint and lime.
- Pour the sparkling water and ice cubes to add the sparkling water and ice cubes to the Haribo Gold bears lemon-flavored sweets.
- Finally, prepare a small skewer of Haribo Gold bears to put on the glass. Yum!

This drink with Haribo, fruits of the woods, and coconut milk will be perfect to enjoy a gourmet and ultra-comforting break.
The ingredients of the recipe for 2 people:
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 300 g frozen raspberries
- 150 g of Godlbears tastes raspberry and strawberry
The preparation steps:
- Mix all the ingredients
- Prepare two skewers of Haribo Gold bears and place them on each glass.
- Serve well fresh and enjoy!
