Frosé

This drink became a must a few years ago because of its freshness and versatility to add fruity flavors to rosé wine, made more than one fall in love. You can vary the recipe by exchanging the strawberry for raspberry or some kind of blackberry or red fruit of your choice.

Ingredients

1/3 cup sugar

1 cup ice

200 grams of strawberries

750 ml rosé wine

Juice of five lemons

Procedure

Pour the rosé wine into a large refractory and freeze.

Once frozen, add all the ingredients to the blender and process until they are integrated.

Serve in glasses and garnish with a slice of strawberry.

White mojito

A classic cocktail with a twist and subtle flavors that enhance the experience of a glass of white wine.

Ingredients

1 lemon, quartered

1 teaspoon honey

5 mint or mint leaves

1/4 cup sparkling water

1/2 cup white wine

Ice

Procedure

In a tall glass, add the lemon, honey, and peppermint. Mash with a spoon to release the juice and aromas of the mixture.

Add the ice and sparkling water. Finally, pour the white wine and stir slightly.

Garnish with a slice of lemon on the edge and enjoy.

Festive red

Sparkling wine is synonymous with celebration, but you don’t have to wait until it’s a special day to have a glass of this cocktail.

Ingredients

1 bottle of sparkling red wine

3 cups orange juice

1/2 cup bourbon or whiskey

1 sliced orange

Procedure

In a jar pour the orange juice and bourbon, mix.

Add the wine and mix lightly to avoid losing the gas.

Serve and garnish with a slice of orange on the edge of the glass.
