Viewers will soon be able to find Jean-Luc Lemoine in prime time. The host-comedian was entrusted with the presentation of an evening event on France 2. He will not be alone in the controls, however.

In 2019, Jean-Luc Lemoine left Cyril Hanouna and the Touche band not at my post on C8 to join France Télévisions. For more than a year, the one who is often confused with Jean-Luc Mélenchon has been in charge of his own show on France 3, broadcast every Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Called Laughing Saturday, this nostalgic program revisits the cult moments of humor. But the comedian-host is now entitled to a small promotion. The latter would indeed have been entrusted with the keys of a broadcast in prime time, for France 2 this time.

An event evening

According to Le Parisien, Jean-Luc Lemoine will host the new edition of Laughing together against racism. The host will not be alone, however, since the public channel has, according to our colleagues, called on a trio of comedians to present this event evening. Jean-Luc Lemoine will be accompanied by the actress Nadège Beausson-Diagne, whom he knows well. He has indeed recruited the actress, seen in particular in Meurtres à Cayenne, and who is a former TPMP like him, to be one of his columnists in Samedi d'en rire. He will also have at his side Donel Jack'sman, humorist spotted in We only ask for a laugh before winning on the small screen by hosting the second part of the evening of La France à un incredible talent on M6 during the 2019 season. The 38-year-old comic then joined the public service at the start of the 2020 school year to present the new version of Surprise sur prize on France 2.

The cream of humor

Laughing together against racism is an event that brings together renowned comedians on stage for a show for the benefit of anti-racism associations. Le Parisien specifies that the 2020 edition must be recorded on February 9 at the Cirque d'Hiver, before a prime time broadcast on France 2 in the following weeks. According to our colleagues, Jean-Luc Lemoine, Nadège Beausson-Diagne, and Donel Jack'sman should welcome on stage many big names in humor including Michel Boujenah, Élie Semoun, or Chantal Ladesou. Laughter guaranteed.
