Beyoncé saves families from expropriation
The singer comes to the aid of households threatened by the crisis linked to the coronavirus
Beyoncé does not intend to sit idly by against the crisis caused by the coronavirus which threatens many American families with expropriation. As many workers find themselves unemployed, it has become difficult, if not impossible, to pay their household bills. But for 100 of these families, the future seems less gloomy: the interpreter of Who Run The World? (Girls) has announced that it is donating $ 500,000 through her foundation, BeyGOOD.
"Many families have suffered the crisis of the coronavirus, which resulted in layoffs, illness, and, in general, serious financial problems," it said on the website of the singer.
Beyoncé is not at her first attempt: the singer had already donated $ 10,000 each to businesses run by African Americans last July so that they could hold out when the voices of protesters related to Black Lives Matter were heard all around the United States.
