It turns out to be sweet, aromatic and moderately thick. This jam will be the perfect complement for toasts and pancakes, ice cream and a great filling for baking.

Apricots900 g
Sugar450 g
Lemon juice1½ tbsp. spoons

    Peel the apricots and remove their seeds. Mash the pulp with a masher or a blender.

    Add sugar with lemon juice to the pulp and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

    After 20-25 minutes, remove the jam from the heat and remove the foam.


    Pour the jam into the jars so that it does not reach a couple of centimeters to the top edge. Close tight-fitting covers.


    Leave the apricot jam to cool at room temperature.

    In the refrigerator, this jam can be stored for 5-7 days, in the freezer - up to a year. Shelf life after thawing is 3-4 days.
