Ingredients

Potatoes900 g
Medium onions2 pieces
Butter3 tbsp. spoons
Vegetable oil3 tbsp. spoons
Parsley¹⁄₄ beam

Cooking

    Peel the potatoes and cut them into circles about 6 mm wide.

    Put in a saucepan, pour cold water, and bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and cook for 4 minutes. Then fold it into a colander and wait until all the liquid has drained.

    Cut the onion into thin rings.

    In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter and vegetable oil.

    Put half the potatoes and half the onions. Fry for about 5 minutes.

    Add the rest of the oil, potatoes, and onions.
