It is very popular in Thailand, and it is prepared for breakfast and as a snack. Bananas are soft but not boiled, and salt and sugar make the taste balance perfect. Serve such a dish warm.

Ingredients

Bananas2-3 pieces

Coconut milk

360 ml
Sugar1 tbsp. the spoon
Salt⅛ tsp


Cooking

    Cut the bananas into medium pieces, about 5 cm long or more.

      Choose ripe but dense fruits.

    Pour coconut milk into a saucepan and boil.

    Add the bananas and cook for about 5 minutes, until they become soft, but begin to fall apart. Stir occasionally.

    Add sugar and mix to dissolve. Lightly salt and serve.
