How to make Potato salad with tuna
A popular dish in Andalusia. Simple ingredients complement each other harmoniously.

|Sherry Vinegar||4 tbsp. spoons|
1. Put the unpeeled potatoes in a pan, pour water, and cook over high heat, after boiling add a tablespoon of salt.
2․ After about 25 minutes, when the potatoes are soft, remove the pan from the heat and leave for 30 minutes.
3․ Remove the potatoes from the water, transfer to a sieve and wait another 20 minutes.
4. Hard-boiled eggs in about 10 minutes and cool.
5. Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces.
6․ Grind eggs, onions, parsley and add to the potatoes, along with half a spoonful of salt, vinegar, and oil.
7․ Drain the liquid from the tuna and put the fish in a salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Shuffle.
